Teachers’ Training Course is online: let’s design inclusion into everyday teaching

How do we move from talking about inclusion to actually designing it into everyday teaching? The Teachers’ Training Course was created to support educators in art and design academies in doing exactly that: strengthening inclusion, accessibility, and co-design in classrooms, courses, and institutions.
This is not a technical update, and it is not a set of ready-made solutions. It is a programme that activates a shift in perspective, rethinking the educator’s role as a designer of learning experiences and an agent of change. Step by step, participants explore human diversity, accessibility, and the Design for All approach, while looking critically at their own contexts and the barriers that limit access, participation, or representation.
The course combines key concepts with dialogue, exchange, and experimentation, encouraging educators to test new ideas, challenge habits, and shape concrete proposals that can be implemented within their own academies.
The videos have just been published on our YouTube channel and are available within a dedicated playlist.
